If they want to influence the youth, I dont think Art in this traditional sense is going to do it. Focus on YouTubers/influencers – They are what the youth watch

Cockney rhyming slang has always struck me as a way for people to mock and “man-splain” others without the need to actually know more.
*note the use of the word man-splain in this case is not related to gender but because I don’t know the word for general use of people who take great joy in over explaining things to make others look stupid

Tbf kids have their own slang and its looks like cool exhibition to celebrate cockney in landscape it was spoken in. But linguistics change over time and have different purposes for their time it existed. Would be fun to celebrate the slang over history of city, polari, Cockney rhyming slang, road man etc if anything you can’t enforce a slang or coded speech from a generation it kinda naturally and spontaneously happens and develops into a language or code
