Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya: The future of Belarus must be decided by its people, not imposed by dictators. We belong in the European family of nations and Belarus must be included in negotiations on peace in Ukraine. Without a free, democratic Belarus, there can be no lasting security in Europe.

Belarus won’t be included in those negotiations unless Putin regime has fallen. Because peace talks gonna be complicated even before adding more topics to the table.
