Hi! We were on vacation in Slovenia and saw a small ruined house with teddy bears and the inscription shown in the picture. Since then, we’ve been wondering what it means, because unfortunately Google hasn’t been much help. Could you please tell us what this means?🙈

Someone is celebrating his 60th birthday. The sign says: “honk and wish him the best for his 60th birthday”
Literal translation is “honk and congratulate him for” and than the 60 singn, implying it’s his 60th birthday.
The yellow isn’t the best choice to use for the letters.
