My father in-law was extremely surprised to find this. Well I never expected this from a Swiss brand. Anything made in swiss is meant to be amazing and great. Not full of these sneaky anti consumer stuff. I mean comon try going to Kambly. They are amazing!!

Do you mean the little bit of plastic sticking out instead of another cookie? I don’t know this particular packaging but it looks like a box with multiple different cookies in? If so, it just looks like it’s not big enough to put another cookie of that type in.
This is a consequence of capitalism. Swiss people love capitalism.
To some surprisingly high extent the pride of “Swiss made” prevents Swiss products from becoming total crap.

This could also be due to the dimensions of the cookies needing to be slightly lifted up to align nicely.
