  1. That looks horrific.

I guess showing a gruesome car crash is ok for r/brisbane but showing showing kids having fun in the valley is bad?

Jeez someone’s having a bad day/month/year/life. Depending on the severity of the accident.

  3. I live nearby. The sound of racing bikes and cars late at night and early morning on the freeway is alarming sometimes. We’re talking 150kph+. Was a matter of time before something major happened

More than likely a fatality.. wouldn’t be surprised if this happened in the early hours of the morning given the damage to the vehicles and it would’ve been impossible to get the victim(/s) out of the black car seeing as the drivers side is trapped on the ground.

Wishing all involved a speedy recovery and to the first responders thank you for having to deal with these scenarios on a daily basis.

I can’t even make out what that black car was in a former life, given the sun roof maybe something European?

Is this near the Cornwall Street onramp? I used to live in the house that got knocked down to make way for those apartments at the end of Regent Street and yes people used to drive very stupidly .

  7. I can’t even tell what car that was or which way it’s supposed to face. That’s probably fatal

A little further up from there towards Stanley Street…10 years ago I was in a crash. Stanley St exit was at a standstill and my sister and I were driving past to the next exit. Mr. Taxi had the same idea and pulled out in front of us.

With how much people speed and don’t check before changing lanes I’m surprised there aren’t more crashes. Fingers crossed for the best for these drivers.

  9. As I can’t find anything relating to this accident, I have to think that suicide was a factor because Australian media do not publish them.

  10. What don’t people understand. If you generally follow the rules nothing is likely to go wrong.
