That’s easy enough to answer: Other paedophiles, or someone who wants to be really sure he stays in prison forever.
I’m curious which one of the two options it is, and more importantly, how they got it into the prison without anyone noticing.

Dutroux lijkt zich de look van sinterklaas aan te meten. Kindvriendelijk, moet hij gedacht hebben.
I’m going to hope someone provided two days before it was found just so it adds to him never ever being released, alas I know that’s not true.
If I remember right, him and another famous monster were in a sort of pedo ring with very important ‘names’ in those circles, so it doesn’t even surprise me he could bribe for that.
Prison is useless, working camps should exist where they work them so bad they don’t even think about bribing anyone for anything, too tired to care or with 0 free time to enjoy a cigaret or whatever else they pay for.
Not just one single photo, but around 100!
