I do expect biosignatures are likely to be at least 7+ orders of magnitude more common in the universe than technosignatures, so yes, studying exoplanets is likely to discover life faster than searching for radio transmissions.

“Nothing” moves faster than the speed of light, funny nobody considered just pulling the planets here vs trying to travel to them at light speed. Light speed being wayyyy too slow.
