Tuurlijk hadden ze dat kunnen afschaffen maar puur op besparing totaal zou dit 30K zijn dat er per maand bespaard wordt?
Zou gewoon een pure symboolmaatregel zijn, schaf beter heel die senaat af ipv te wachten tot het einde van de legislatuur dat kost de belastingbetaler een pak meer dan dit.

For that amount of money he could have at least made up some excuse about having to improve the house for security reasons or something but clearly he doesn’t care about anyone but himself.
For every cent he is complaining French speakers are taking from the pockets of Dutch speakers, politicians are taking 50 cents minimum.
