They flip flop between supplying via Fonterra nz and Fonterra Australia. Certainly not a concerted effort to do do better.

That’s bullshit. There’s no shortage of dairy producers in Australia. It was more likely to be a case of finding a supplier who’d accept their prices. It’s a bit sad when they can afford to import crap product from the USA instead of paying a fair price to local producers.

I used to by grass fed butter for $4 and a year or two ago it jumped to $8 so I switched to another butter (Aussie) and today I was doing groceries and the same butter is $4 again.
