    I didn’t know that the Baltic intelligence agencies claim that Russia isn’t involved in the cutting of undersea cables.

    But I am skeptical whether they actually believe that it’s instead just coincidence and may be caused by more traffic in the Baltic Sea, more cables, more media attention and worse ship conditions (Russia’s shadow fleet).

    For the analyst who “was responsible for analyzing intelligence on Russia at Estonia’s Foreign Intelligence Service”, he is quite uniformed
