Ideally, someone from Syrigana can explain to us how it is possible?

The police arrest five Serbs suspected of murders in Syrigana during the war. It seems that they continued to live there from that time. How is it possible? Didn’t know exactly who they were? Were the police protecting them? Are we completely spineless? Can someone explain to me (ideally from Syrigana or from Skenderaj who knows about the case) how is it possible that they were tolerated there after those crimes? Thank you.

To be clear, I am not against anyone who has not committed crimes and respects the state of Kosovo (regardless of ethnicity). On the other hand, I am for 0 tolerance towards war criminals.
