That’s the power lines inspection services that the company I work for operates!
We have three choppers with mounted lidar cameras to capture 3d modeling of all our power distribution assets to identify faults and vegetation management requirements.

It looks like it’s scanning for something. There was a very similar pattern done prior to the Superbowl, scanning for radiation.
