I think I saw some ladies making frustrated phone calls and I guess trying to get their car unblocked. Is this a common practice and if so, why? I’m genuinely confused.
Is that next to a school? I’ve seen some crazy lazy parking during school pickup time.

If they all work in the same business, it’s somewhat common so all employees can have a parking spot.

Its a private parking and those parked in line are all probably co-workers who finish at the same time. You can see the gate and the barrier if you look closely

That’s a company’s parking lot. If you pan to the left, you can see a giant ass company name. All employees leave at around 5pm.
