Georgian Trout is delicious…Bob the cat approved too.

I’m lucky enough to have some fish sellers near my village on the coast, the fish there is super fresh and the old ladies who run the stalls are awesome.

Got this trout, a little over 1.1kg for 15 Lari, not sure if it’s a good price locally, but compared to what I’d pay back in the UK it’s a fantastic price.

She had some carp there yesterday too, I’ve never cooked carp but thinking of trying it next…
