Namibia, a country that is sparsely populated and mostly know for its arid deserts, is set to borrow loans from a variety of European sources to build vast solar and wind projects. That should enable it to tap into a green hydrogen economy and desalinate sea water to help green some of its terrain. Providing Europe, and the rest of the world, with cheaper renewable power.
