A while back I started building a tool I actually wanted to exist: a yoga sequencing app that gets out of your way and lets you build, run, and analyze classes properly.
The Data: Post-flow analytics. After you finish a sequence it breaks down:
– Body Heat Map – muscle groups worked, weighted by hold duration
– Side Balance – left/right/bilateral symmetry across the whole flow
– Dynamic Breakdown – difficulty distribution bar by bar across the sequence
– Peak Pose – identifies your apex pose and where it lands in the sequence
– Chakra Distribution – radar chart showing energy centre balance across the 7 chakras
The numbers from a real flow: 227 poses · 1 hour · peak pose was Crow (Bakasana) at position 154 of 227 · 50/50 left-right balance · core/lower back at 100% intensity
Honest status: Solo build. Still rough around some edges. Getting real feedback from yoga teachers this week and iterating fast.
its call flowbuilder(.yoga)

Im going to try that, thank you !
This is great!
I love the simplicity. I’m sure it will continue to get polished, but I like it isn’t over designed with function. Exactly what we need.
it’s seems nice, gonna try that!
Thats amazing ) have you seen any patterns emerge when you analyze a lot of flows?
How do you measure Chakra flow/distribution?
