Take a gamble and park and walk to the sign but by the time you read the sign to determine if you’ve parked legally the bastards will have booked you.

What you need to do is knock the sign over, steal it, or deface it so it can’t be read. Then you can do whatever you like.

If that is meant to read 10pm-Midnight Fri, then midnight-7am on Sat and Sun, then this is one of the worst formatted signs I have ever seen
And just proves that sometimes too many rules can be a bad thing. Trying to convey so many different and varied parking restrictions for both the left and the right of a is bordering on criminal negligence by whoever manages that street.
Stop being a cheapskate and have two signs, one for the left rules, one for the right rules, or just simplify the rules so one sign can convey all of them simply.
