This A380 came in from Dallas, 16+ hour flight. Beautiful as always to watch land as the kind of just drift in at a speed that seems far too slow for the size of the plane
The feels when “I still call Australia home” starts playing after landing…

Beautiful and HUMID.

Ah Qantas. It used to feel like you were already home when you walked onto the plane. It hasn’t felt that way for close to 10 years.
Source: my family have worked for Qantas for a combined 150 years (across pilot, crew and engineer departments) and we no longer have any emotional connection to them.

Not if you fly with jetstar

I like to look up flight paths on the flight radar app, then go and park directly under them and enjoy the fly over ✈️

Seeing an A380 land genuinely makes my day
