Best time for them really make strides in the field, now that the US has all but forsaken science and space exploration. Just space exploitation and corruption smh.

Whoever can build a mass driver on the moon wins. Thats the race.
Now we just have to hope China isn’t the only horse getting out of the starting gate.
Hope this will bring other countries to follow suit.
