Waking up to the news about Jamie Dunn today properly sucks. For those of us who grew up on Cartoon Connection, he was the unfiltered voice of our childhood. He was probably the only bloke who could turn a literal bath mat into a 7-time Logie winner and get away with saying things on morning TV that would get anyone else cancelled twice over. Between the chaos of the cartoons and the legendary "Agro Up Late" tapes we definitely weren't supposed to see, Jamie was a massive part of the furniture for a whole generation of us. Cheers for the laughs and the childhood memories, Jamie. You were a true icon mate. 🇦🇺

  1. I am still in shock about this news. He and Agro really made my childhood mornings feel good. I loved to listen to him on B105 with the Morning Crew on my way to school. Rest easy Jamie and thanks for all the memories. 😭😭

Agro was such a huge part of so many childhoods. Rest easy Jamie, thanks for the laughs and the memories.

  3. It’s been a rough couple of months if you’re an 80s kid.

Agro was a constant in my childhood. An hour or so of unapologetic idiocy in the morning. I had a pretty rough start in life but Agro was a great distraction.

I followed Jamie on the socials and he was always digging up old photos or reposting fans’ pics of memorabilia. It was always a great hit of nostalgia. And he posted so, so much love for his wife.

Thanks for continuing to share the memories.

  4. Uhh who’s that in the picture frame? Doesn’t look like Jamie Dunn
