Stinkhorn mushrooms, Yellow Bridal Veil. Goes without saying, don’t eat any mushrooms you don’t know about. They will disappear when it dries out. Very common overnight visitors in the rain, particularly in soaked mulched areas

Those are Bridal veil mushrooms, or stinkhorns. Not dangerous but they look and smell like wangs. Teach your kids never to touch any mushroom.
