This is the first time I’ve ever seen so many people side with the designer when it comes to this. I’m guessing it has nothing to do with the actual legal case and purely because people dislike Katy Perry now.
But as a reminder, the designer is the one taking issue with all of this, of course neither of them knew of each other when they both established their brands, the singer was the one that don’t mind about the issue and shrugged it off, it was the designer that got pissed off by it all and wanted to drag it through court.
At the end of the day when you hear the name Katy/ie Perry, one person is going to pop in your mind, and it ain’t miss litigation.

As unlikable as Katy Perry is right now, the designer did not deserve to win this case. I’m lowkey shocked she did. The whole thing was an inexplicable use of time and money.
