Someone has either put the wrong tag up or not yet taken the old one down for the specials tag.
Or a customer is messing around with the tags. The display does look ruffled and people love to fuck with things.
Definitely be discounted though. $7 off is pretty clear.
This is bold of Coles to be doing this while in the middle of being sued by the ACCC. It’s almost as if Coles is part of an out of control duopoly that has been allowed to grow so powerful that it doesn’t give a shit and this is it’s middle finger.
Gone are the days you could get Proscuitto at the deli for $25-$30 a kg
Have you seen the price check guys chrome extension showing historical prices at Cole’s/woolies ? It’s only the last 6 or so prices iirc but it is illuminating.
It will be $50 in another couple of weeks too.
