    Beautiful facades fall through the city

    On Studentski trg this morning at 8:20 am this scene. I don’t know which order is this old facade in the center that cries out for renovation? The competition for renovation was opened a couple of years ago, and the results came out from the first hundred buildings that are planned to be renovated in the city center. In the meantime, nothing was done, they were waiting for a city assembly to be formed, then the budget, and all of that is standing dilapidated and just waiting for it to fall on someone’s head. While we are building aquariums and stuffing money into the pockets of private construction investors, buildings in Belgrade are falling apart.

      А шта би ти? Сат-симбол града у покушају који функционише и сређене фасаде које се не распадају? Па не може и једно и друго!

      Zašto bi svi stanovnici Beograda plaćali fasade vlasnicima objekata u centru?

      Te nekretnine vrede milione evra. Razumno bi bilo da vlasnici mogu da se brinu o svojoj imovini, a ne da problem rešavaju tako što stave papirče sa porukom pešacima dok čekaju da im drugi zakrpe imovinu.

      Takođe, pitanje je zašto se vlasnik u ovakvim slučajevima ne kažnjava. Šta se dešava ako se veći deo fasade ili balokon odvale i ubiju nekog dole? Ko je kriv? Da li bi to bio nesrećan slučaj?

      Mora da je gradska čistoća oprala fasadu vodom pod velikim pritiskom pa zato fasada pala

      Ja na uglu stojim sasvim sam… padaju one i gledaju u mene… vec dugo ne videh hrpu tako ljepe pur pene… nema sumnje padaju citav dan… itd XD
