Because Russia said to Iran, attack NATO bases, american bases. Exactly like Russia said before attacking Ukraine, we want NATO back to 1997 borders, we want those countries to be without NATO armies.
Iran might just be trying to understand the defense capabilities in the region. The idea of them sending 1 random missile to the country with one of the biggest NATO influence in the region doesn’t feel like they’re trying to actually take down the Incirlik.
