Basically the government’s tactic is: after the rescue take the dying people 1-2 days away by boat instead of the nearest port. Obviously the NGOs refuse and go to the nearest port, the government sues, the government loses the case.

And then they complain and blame the judges, obviously without explaining the reason but only to make propaganda against the judges.
