Of course! They don’t have to worry about the rules.
Rules for thee, not for me…
My favourite part is that:
A) it’s a yellow box, you can’t park there
B) more importantly, his back wheel isn’t even in the box
They are literally allowed to do this, moot point.
This is not parking… just stopped driving
