It’s coming from ignorance here though. Although I must say, of all the people I have seen in Switzerland, most real estate agents seem to be the least well read as well as ignorant lot of all.

They could have said the Boars Nest.
We dubbed one newly constructed building in our neighborhood “Wolf’s Lair” because it was a concrete bunker that would probably house primarily Germans…
