Government not doing their job and entirely privatizing disposal is the reason. If you have any kind of waste not fit for a regular bin you are entirely on your own. But it’s such a basic service it is puzzling why it’s not government operated. It’s like privatizing police force.
It’s one thing to burn your illegal rubbish piles off, it’s quite simply another level of stupid to do it on a 45° day 🤦♂️
