$500,000 feels like 2020. I would be approaching greater Brisbane with an interest in anything under 800k. Where does it exist for now?

1 in 4 residents are complete scum who refuse to work and drink/do drugs all day and ruin it as much as they can for everyone else
1 in 4 residents is retired and enjoys the nature and quiet
1 in 4 residents is a regular working wo/man. Takes the ferry back n forward each day to mainland
The last one is the youth.
It use to be alot worse but apparently its alot better now.
Great fishing/nature. The storms on the island are so insane its like you have never experienced a storm until you been on that island during one.
