Kur shoferat si ky dalin mas 1 viti prej burgut, normal qe ndodhe
There is no “pedestrians always have the right of way” in Kosovo. Drivers be cutting you off, not letting you cross the street, even on a zebra crossing, honk at you even though you have the green light and if you don’t stop walking they would run you over.
It’s like India in Kosovo.
