It’s known, mostly among people who know buildings, but not famous for any particular reason.
You know I keep seeing the bank of Georgia headquarters being called brutalist and I do not remotely get why; it looks way more like modern architecture with the way the windows are and its use of novel but soft shapes. Is it just the fact that it looks like a bunch of blocks stacked on to of each other? Is that it?
it’s been like that for a long time, I know of some people that visited just to see the building in person
