    1. at our local bakery we have quinoa bread and it’s really nice, it’s a bit stretchy so it doesn’t create holes when you make bokes met choco. also it just tastes great and isn’t just default wit/grof bread.

    2. I bake my own, usually using flours “Waldkorn” or “Volrogge”, something “sourdough” from AVEVE.

      For spécial days: a artisanal sourdough, thickly sliced, with butter and sea salt

      Everyday bread: volkoren (also local bakery) with cheese/ thinly sliced chicken breast with hummus/ cream cheese with herbs or a white farmers bread with fried eggs
