> Anthem of the Seas is currently the largest cruise ship to call Australia home! She’s 347m long and 168,666 tonnes. At maximum capacity, she can sail with 4905 passengers and around 1500 crew members – roughly 6400 people!

They used to call these cruise “petri dishes” with all the norovirus bugs they inflict on the customers. This one is incubator-sized.

Posting a cruise ship on Reddit is brave! Next you’re gonna happily post about an American pickup truck!
Legit though, the cruise ships are always fun. Once coming back from Manly a cruise ship was leaving as our ferry came in. Was really cool and all for the price of public transport.

Why is it here so early, I thought it departs for Vanuatu on the 3rd of April?

Does anyone hate these ships in Circular Quay as much as I do? I understand they can’t fit under the Harbour Bridge but I think it’s ridiculous they dock so close to such a popular area. They completely take over and ruin the view and general feel of the area. Does anyone know if there are plans to relocate the international passenger terminal somewhere East of the bridge?

Taking ‘in your face’ to a new level.
EDIT: Apparently, *[Anthem of the Seas](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthem_of_the_Seas)* is the [largest cruise ship to visit Australia](https://www.facebook.com/thecruiseandtravelguy/posts/1466274538835788/):
