I just started learning Macedonian and I have troubles with writing letters т and п in cursive solely for the reason that I am used to Russian cursive, in which the word плоштад would be written like option 3 in the pic i attached. I am very much trying to get used to the proper version but for some reason it just fucks my brain up, lol. How acceptable would be the option 2, is it still readable/understandable? Or can it be a mix of cursive and printed letters like in option 4? Or solely option 1 is good? I know I’m probably overthinking it, but I would really appreciate some guidance on this 😀

The first one is right. In the second one the П and Т are wrong. On the third one the П and Т are upside down like the second one. and the fourth one is just really wrong, dont mix them together….. Just use the first one, its perfect. Also, try to separate the Л from the П a little, it will look like a И and will confuse someone.

    I would read them as:
    плоштад
    чиошмад
    nиошмад
плоштад (technically understandable but just a weird mix, even tho I use a mix sometimes just because my cursive is shit)

  3. Number 1 is the actual correct cursive. Number 4 is a mix of cursive and regular script, which is not “correct” but a lot of people use in their day to day and will be perfectly understandable to most people. Number 2 and 3 will get you various amounts of confusion, so stick to either 1 or 4.
