The lawsuit filed by Ebru Eroğlu, who was one of the lieutenants who crossed swords and shouted the slogan “We are Mustafa Kemal’s soldiers” at the graduation ceremony of the Military Academy on August 30, 2024, and who was dismissed from the Turkish Armed Forces (TAF), requesting the annulment of the decision of the High Disciplinary Board of the Land Forces Command, has been concluded.
Ankara 4th Administrative Court rejected Eroğlu’s request to cancel the decision to separate him from the Turkish Armed Forces.
The reasoned decision of the Administrative Court reached the parties. The Court’s decision included the assessment that, considering the extent of the action in question and the negative effects it created, it was of such severity that it would damage the reputation of the Turkish Armed Forces.
The decision also stated that the action created a perception in the society that the military oath was abandoned and that this situation undermined the trust in the Turkish Armed Forces. The court also emphasized that it was believed that the planning for the reading of the oath, which was abolished from the legislation, was made in advance.
In line with these reasons, the Court ruled that there was no unlawfulness in the dismissal decision given by the High Disciplinary Board and decided to reject the case.

Bu kadın sosyal medya üzerinden de inanılmaz bir zorbalığa maruz kaldı,hakkında o kadar iğrenç şeyler yazıyorlardı ki şok oluyordum görseniz sanki kendisi suç işlemiş.Umarım bir gün adalet yerini bulur

Eğer gerekçeli karar buysa; bu fiili oluşturanlar teğmenler değil de, bu durumu çarpıtarak ve altını başka şekillerde köpürtüp haber ve sosyal medyada yayan insanlar olduğundan cezalandırılması gerekenler onlar olmuyor mu?
