Anybody have any experience with Traficar customer support?

I tried to reserve a small van, but somehow my reservation now shows "substitution of a car". This is my first Traficar reservation, so I’m obviously not substituting another car for this one. It says that it can’t be canceled, and I can’t get through to anybody via phone or email.

Anybody have any tips for getting in touch with them?

  1. It’s just the weird English translation they use, mine always say this but I get the car I ordered.

    It just means it’s going to be either Renault or Dacia. It probably says that so people don’t panic the car they walk up to isn’t the one that’s in the picture in the app.

  3. That’s a fee for making your car available at a selected location (Traficar Spot). In Polish it could be ‘opÅ‚ata za podstawienie’ and an automated translation could make it a ‘substitution fee’.
