Idk but highly doubt discharging a firearm at an aircraft over what is a presumably populated area is safe or legal
Switzerland is a GTA online server now?
“Shoot down” with what exactly? Can of ravioli – probably. Sturmgewehr – probaby not.
In any case, both can be interpreted as property damage.
Gotta train a Milan for that
If you run fast enough afterwards, I presume yes

Everything is allowed or not for drone is pretty well explained here 😉
Define ‘shoot’. I think you could probably get away with ‘shooing’ it away like a chicken that wandered onto your lawn.
What’s wrong with (some) people?
If you have a laser/wave gun that blurs it’s signal to take it down, maybe.
But shooting? No. Never. What do you think happens to the bullets that get shot in the air? And with the head of people they might land on?
Shoot? With what?
Some kind of device that shoots a net / webbing to catch the drone ? Maybe… possibly… Honestly still unlikely to be legal in Switzerland.
A gun? Absolutely no chance whatsoever of that being legal in Switzerland. I’m pretty sure you’re not even allowed to do target practice on your own property with a legally registered gun.
Also keep in mind, if that drone is transmitting and it’s being saved on an SD card in the controller rather than in the drone itself, then the owner will have some pretty solid evidence for property damage
I think if you can knock it down with a well-aimed [Hornuss](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hornussen) puck, you should be in the clear.
Guys. You need to realize that this is the title of the linked SRF article and not an actual question by OP.
Lol of course not. What were you thinking?!?
Take a laser and shine at him. At least you will ruin his camera. Couple dead pixels and he needs to buy a new one or correct every video, every photo for these few dead pixels. And from my experience camera is coming with whole gimbal, so it’s like half of a cost of a new drone.
So, you can’t film people against their will, but you can film their property. People or homeowners should decide if they want to allow other people to film their property, not the Cantons or Communes imo.
Lol i cant even with the amount of people in the comments who have absolutely no clue about Firearm, Privacy and Drone Laws in Switzerland, but still think they can make a statement. Ridiculous.
