In the next few weeks, I have an unavoidable family funeral to attend, 7 hours away. I must tow my caravan in my diesel 4WD, as it’s the only vehicle that will do it. I have two proper rated Jerry cans for diesel. I’m thinking of filling them up prior to leaving, just one at a time whilst driving my petrol powered Jimny. If I fill up 1 Jerry can, am I going to be abused?
