A friend sent me this badge and said that it was from the ARBiH, supposedly from a pilot named Arifović, and that it was a pilot’s badge.
I’m wondering if anyone knows what exactly this is about and if this information is correct? Also, does anyone know who this Arifović was?

Eventualno helikopterska, imali smo nekoliko. Avionska nije 100%.
Kako će biti značka od pilota ARBiH ako ARBiH nije imala zračne snage. Ni avione ni borbene helikoptere.
Možda neki Mil Mi-8 ili slični transportni helikopteri za dostavu pomoći.
Kakva značka pilota, kakav Arifović 🤣
