In the end, it is only part of the non-payment of taxes that results in a small budget, but Kosovo has never left its reputation as "sell the barbers" because people do not declare their income.

I believe you also know people who drive 50-100K jeeps, but never in their lives have they received a salary in the bank, they have not paid a trust, they have not paid income tax. These people insist that they love Kosovo very much, but they do not contribute to society or to the state.

Kosove o tu e demtu budallaku edheqeverisje te lodhta njera mas tjetres qe fokusohen ma shume ne lojra se qysh me fitu karriken per 4 vitet e ardhshme duke genjy e duke sha e bullizu njani tjetrin sesa me u fokusu me nreq diqka e qit ne drit!!! E kshtu premtimet dhendrrohen ne rrena nga mos puna!!

I think Kosovars got poorer than they were during the Yugoslavia days (not counting the select few like Devollis, I’m talking 99% plus).
