First time making Khinkali

I need to work on my folding technique and to try and leave a larger kuchi on top, but the dough and filling were lovely, I’ll try some different fillings next time. Managed to get 19 folds in a couple, but the rest averaged around 16 folds…they were so juicy, lots of soup in them.
