I am chasing a suitable electronics repairer who may be able to assist with fixing this caravan mover. I believe it may be a control board fault due to connecting positive power lead to positive charger connector. The brand is Kronings Camper Trolley. If anyone has a recommendation, it would be greatly appreciated. Ideally south eastern suburbs but can travel.

Was there any magic smoke when you plugged it in the wrong way around?
Does the device turn on at all?
Any obvious issues you found after opening the unit up?
For a split second I thought this was a bomb robot.
i worry if it doesn’t have polarity protection ( do you know if it does? ) it may have fried something on the board?
one of my mates took his robo vacuum to this place, idk if they deal in bespoke stuff like this
