Seriously where is mum and or dad? Do they even give a care? Surly when a child of 13 is doing this neglect needs to be looked at with a criminal charge. Can not see this as being this girls first time.
Based on what is described in the article the driver and at least one of the other occupants were intent on murdering people,or at the very least causing serious harm. This is more than teenagers making dumb choices.
Time to start holding the adult guardians of these little shits legally responsible.
