    That shit wouldn’t happen these days, especially not at Bondi Beach. Everything now in Sydney is way over commercialised, sterile and bland, all masked behind the facade of “safety”.

    No but I do remember having a conversation with someone in 1996 about how the rave scene sucked because it had gotten too mainstream. His descriptions of going to raves in 1994 were basically “imagine everyone was vibing and enjoying the music together with zero issues”.
