These stickers appeared at the same time in my 'hood', a little while back. I tried to see if anything came up with occasional searches, but I've found nothing. Anyone know what they are about & if they are connected to each other?

I’ve been meaning to ask about these. Kiddos don’t know anything.
Was wondering if it’s only a new form of tagging, or are you supposed to do something with the terms (lookup an account on The Facebooks or Instant Telegram whatever the kids are using these days).
