Interesantno je kako stranci na društvenim mrežama osuđuju ovaj potez sa argumentom kako su ovo samo sportisti i kako ih ne treba osuđivati zbog akcija njihovih političara
A doslovno isti ljudi podržavaju zabranu Rusiji i Bjelorusiji da učestvuju u međunarodnom sportu.

Politiku i sport ne treba mijesati. Sport je plemenit i ovo je pogresan potez iako uvijek treba osuditi izraelske zlocine ali ne kroz sport
Eto ja sad su oni krivi djeca bukvalno… Solidarisanje je uplatiti pare ili pomoći nekako a ovo je glupost…
Da moje dijete ne pruzi nekome ruku u sportu bilo u porazu ili pobijedi a kamol na pocetku, ja bi se osjecao porazen kao roditelj.
