Conscription should be for both genders or none at all. It makes no sense to only conscript men.

The law was just like that before 2011. Then the mandatory military services was paused and the permission was no longer required, unless a military conflict was very likely to happen. Now the mandatory military services returns and so does the need for a permission.

Is there any civil rights law groups that can or are challenging this? I know Germany has a sexist and discriminatory mandatory service for men but surely they there has to be a civil rights law group to challenge this law whether in German courts or in European courts.
