Any brand that uses gore-tex yet claims it is saving the earth is lying to you. I’m looking at you Patagonia.
Because they are cheap. It is always about margins over safety, and most customers do not care anyway. If people cared about this sort of thing then the likes of Shein and Temu would go bankrupt over night.

Are we just at a point now with people generally simply don’t give a fuck about long term health because they want the easy or cheap option for whatever item it may be ?
I’ve went away from using the cookware, and actively trying to reduce my processed food intake, but eliminating everything is a fucking task and a half.
