Six judges elected last month to Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal took their oaths in parliament on Thursday in a ceremony held without the president, deepening a dispute over the appointment process and a broader row over the rule of law.

    Very good. If that pathetic excuse of a man refuses to do his job, then he should be ignored. One side breaks the law all the time and then creates a gridlock for the side that does follow it – that’s a reciepe for disaster. When presented with one sided, forced compliance, choose justice.
